Support requests can then be resolved remotely, over the phone or if necessary during the next site visit. Of course if the nature of the problem is more serious we are able to provide an emergency call out service.
We aim to provide a solution to minor issues within 8 hours and where the problem is more serious we aim to assign an engineer to resolve the problem immediately.
